Pinterest Inspired Blog Hop 9/9/12

Welcome to our Pinterest Inspired Blog Hop!

Are you addicted to Pinterest? Do you have several boards with pins that you said "I've got to try that!"? Well here is your inspiration to create those awesome projects you want to try but have not yet done so.

If you arrived here from Cicily then you are in the right place. If not please start at the beginning with our fabulous hostess

Here is my Pinterest inspiration:

These were both part of my inspiration.
I absolutely love the book, "Oh, the Places You'll Go!"

And here is my take on said inspiration:
Sorry wasn't able to edit this, my photo edit software crashed! :(

These are the details of my project:
I originally was going to make chalkboard frames but that was a disaster and not meant to be. Plus I'm definitely not a lover of chalk, deal with it enough on our chalkboard downstairs.
Here in my craftroom I always have dry erase markers and eraser because I'm a substitute teacher and keep all my supplies up here.
I love what I ended up with..
I used washi tape to cover both frames.
Then I decorated them with my favorite theme ever by Dr. Seuss.
Now I have two dry erase frames that I plan on hanging on the wall and I can write my weekly blog hops and design team assignments on.
I keep a calendar but this is a way to see them in front of me and update weekly. Hope you enjoyed.

Thank you for stopping by to see what I've made that was inspired by Pinterest. Your next stop is Teresa's blog to see what inspired her.

Thank you Ashley for hosting this awesome hop!
And thanks for all that visited!

Jamie your boards are so adorable! I was a K teacher last year (retired early so not working this year) and absolutely loved doing the Seuss theme! These would also be wonderful for a teacher to keep by her desk!

I love this idea - I was just having a conversation with my parents about a quote to add to the wall on my craft room - and I think that doing it with glass so that I can add comments would be great!
I'll be pinning this!

Very cute project Jamie! To answer your question - I think someone on the FB blog group posted the how too on numbering your comments, but I bet you could google it to find out! That's usually how I learn to do anything on these blogs :)
Hugs,
